Gordon Bryant’s background includes three decades of experience in project and non-recourse finance. He has structured and closed over $10.3 billion of credit- and risk-optimized capital market, bank debt and financial advisory transactions for energy and infrastructure projects. As SunPower's financing lead for the project, Bryant negotiated the sale of a solar facility purchased by Duke Energy Renewables (DER), which was the first DER solar power project to reach commercial operation. He subsequently structured an operating lease for a 5.3 MW Princeton University project, and negotiated the sale of an additional 5 MW project to Duke Energy Renewables. Bryant negotiated the sale of a 1.8 MW ground-mounted project, hosted at Bloomberg's New Jersey campus, to Integrys Energy Services. Gordon Bryant has been an active solar industry conference speaker regarding solar power financing and power purchase agreements, including PV Americas East, ACORE, Infocast and SEIA finance conferences.
